Paul Simpson is a dedicated PGA Golf Professional with an inspiring journey in the golf industry. Introduced to the sport by his late father and uncle, he began working as a shop assistant at 16, where he met his mentor, Ken Brown, a former Ryder Cup player.
Turning professional in 1986, Paul secured his Challenge Tour Card in 2000, enjoying a successful career across eight golf clubs, including roles as Head Professional and Director of Golf. His coaching philosophy emphasizes "simplicity," adapting his approach to meet the individual needs of golfers at all levels.
Paul's favorite course is Ashridge, known for its stunning layout, and he cherishes his experience playing in The BMW Championship at Wentworth, which honored his parents' support.
Committed to helping golfers realize their potential, Paul aims to enhance member engagement and the golfing program at Blue Bay. In his free time, he enjoys reading, music, and socializing, looking forward to connecting with the community.
